Cancellation and Deposit Policy

Cancellation Policy​

​We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of our stylists and clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver exceptional service.

​

To protect our team’s time and reduce last-minute cancellations, clients are required to have a credit card on file when booking appointments. Your information is stored securely through our booking system and is only used in accordance with our cancellation policy.

​

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. Cancellation fees are nonrefundable.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service price. No-show fees are nonrefundable and cannot be applied toward future services.

Clients who no-show or cancel on the same day will not be able to rebook until all outstanding fees have been paid.

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be canceled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours prior to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes made with less than 4 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of the service total.

We understand that life happens, so we allow a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. This is to ensure we can stay on schedule and provide quality service to all of our clients throughout the day. If you know you are running late, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, it will be considered a “no-show” and charged 100% of the service total.

Deposits​​

Some appointments require additional time or preparation. Services such as hair extensions, multi-process color, color corrections, or other time-intensive services may require a nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
